Gwen:
Hello, my name is Gwen James. This is my husband, Gareth James. We’ve been associated with Positive Wealth Creation since 2005.

Gareth:
When my father died in 2005, a friend introduced us to Positive Wealth, simply because our inheritance had to be looked after. We were put into contact with Jenni Turco and her company.

Gwen:
I wanted to ensure that it wasn’t just about inheritance money that we both had. But also, having retired, I wanted to ensure that my monies that I got from my pension, my lump sum, would also be cared for.

Gareth:
My solicitor at the time knew the company very well. I knew Jenni very well. And she just said to us: “I think I can help you in this,” and she pointed us in their direction.

Gwen:
I think over the years, we’ve realised, I think, that they have treated us with great respect. They’ve used the time that we’ve ever had with them in a very constructive manner, and we’re very happy with the way that they’ve treated us and treated our money.

Gareth:
Absolutely superb. We just feel that the regular contact is always forthcoming.

The journey for Alex to come over from Somerset to South Wales is absolutely no problem to them. We have full confidence in whatever he does for us.

If any investments are not performing very well, he will always inform us of these, and then we will chat about them – whether we drop them, whether we keep them going, and we have full confidence in his professional ability.

Gwen:
The three words I would like to say are that they’re knowledgeable, precise, and family-orientated.

Gareth:
Under Alex’s guidance, we feel absolutely fine. He seems so experienced in what he’s doing. He’s right on the ball for everything. And obviously, we’re always guided by him – we’re not experienced at all in the investment world. So, we feel very confident.

Gwen:
The best piece of advice Alex has ever given us is to give money to the children. I think that’s what I feel has always been the single best piece of advice that he’s ever given us – that if you can, give it now.

Gareth:
The best thing about working with Positive Wealth Creation, and Alex particularly, is the warmth we feel that the company are giving you and that they are really looking after your personal needs.

Gwen:
