My day-to-day role includes working closely with our advisers to gain an understanding of clients’ needs and objectives. The work I do varies each day but broadly includes researching products and providers, writing suitability letters, preparing presentations for meetings, processing via Platforms, and updating IT systems.
In 2022, I won the Insurance Institute of Bristol’s ‘Pandemic Perseverance’ award.
In 2023, I was thrilled to win the “Emerging” category in the Verve Awards.
The thing I enjoy most about my role is providing a helping hand to clients. That could be something as small as helping them to discover a cost saving, right up to allowing them to achieve a lifelong goal they did not think possible.
