Meetings can be held in person at our meeting room at 55 Victoria Street, Burnham-on-Sea. Alternatively, we can meet by video (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Skype), or at your home. Jenni also meets clients at the Institute of Directors in London.
Our building was built in the 1780s. Our ancestors did not have the foresight to allow for the development of the motorcar and the stables were demolished shortly before World War One.
There is on-street parking for one hour opposite the office on Victoria Street. Parking on the Esplanade, which runs parallel to Victoria Street, is free from 1 October to 31 March.
The nearest pay and display public car park is two minutes’ walk away at the Burnham Swim & Sports Academy, TA8 2ET.
Initial meetings are at our expense.
Details of your assets, liabilities, income, and expenditure. Sometimes, we are presented with a comprehensive schedule, other times a carrier bag of paper.
At the start of a relationship, we will need to verify your identity, so your passport, driving licence and bank statement will also be required.
The main thing is to bring yourself and your thoughts about what you wish to achieve in life, and how your finances need to be adapted to get you to where you want to go.
Typically, initial meetings last 30 to 45 minutes.

We split our fees as follows:
- Project fees, paid initially for work undertaken
- Ongoing fees, for the provision of our aftercare service.
Fees can be paid by deduction from a financial product or by invoice.
Normally, by the end of the initial meeting, we can give you an estimate of the likely charges for our services.
We convert any percentages into monetary amounts, so you know the pounds and pence cost. Typically, our initial fees are fixed but our ongoing fees vary.
Commissions from pensions and investments were abolished at the end of 2012.
Commission from protection products continues to be paid, and where this is paid will be disclosed to you before you proceed with any recommendation.
Our services are categorised as financial intermediation, which is VAT exempt.
