Jenni was Highly Commended at the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2025
Having had a career in financial services spanning more than five decades, it is only fitting that Jenni was Highly Commended in the Outstanding Contribution to the Profession category at the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2025.
Jenni’s contributions have indeed been outstanding. As a Chartered financial planner, she holds the “gold standard” in our profession, enabling her to offer clients the highest level of advice.
She is also:
- An affiliate of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners
- A member of the Accounting, Economics, and Finance Academic advisory board at the University of the West of England
- The only English woman to ever achieve 47 consecutive years of Million Dollar Round Table membership
- A former president of the Bristol Business Ladies Club
- A founder of the Bristol region of the Life Insurance Association
- A former member of the regional Personal Finance Society committee as Chartered Champion.
Since the 1970s, Jenni has advocated for women’s financial rights and freedoms (and those of other underrepresented groups), including arranging mortgages for same-sex couples when this was far from the norm, and advocating for women’s inclusion in financial organisations. She has appeared on BBC Women’s Hour and at local events, inspiring the next generation of women to enter the financial sector knowing they belong there.
Her commitment to bettering her practice for the benefit of her clients and her female peers is exemplary and sets the bar high for others in the profession.
Jenni has been shortlisted for a 2026 Professional Adviser Award
The Professional Adviser Awards are some of the most sought-after accolades in the advice sector. This year, Jenni has not only been Highly Commended in the Women in Financial Advice Awards, but she has been shortlisted for another Outstanding Contribution to the Advice Industry Award by Professional Adviser!
Jenni says, “I am so surprised and thrilled to be nominated for my contributions to the profession twice in one year. I feel very privileged to do this job and want to thank all my amazing colleagues and clients for the support you have given me.”
