We are stunned to have been announced as a finalist in the ‘Contribution to Gender Diversity’ category at the 2022 Professional Adviser Women in Financial Advice Awards.
This award is open to companies within the UK financial services sector who have implemented a project, initiative or wider changes in gender diversity within a business or the industry more broadly.
Our nomination was secured owing to the pioneering career of our founder, Jenni Turco, as well as the support given through our Course Connect partnership with the University of the West of England offering paid placements to students to gain experience in the traditionally male dominated financial services profession. Over the years, 80% of the placements have been awarded, on merit, to women.
The competition is extremely tough including large national organisations such as Rathbones, 7IM and Tilney Smith & Williamson. The winner will be announced during an evening black tie dinner in July in London.
