Meet Jonathan
I am responsible for office admin duties, including updating back-office systems and producing valuation reports, illustrations, and summaries for clients.
I look after process work on a range of platforms, which include new investments, top-ups, fund switches and withdrawals. Specialist software I work with includes Intelliflo and Aegon.
One of the main general office duties I am involved with is being the first point of contact for clients either at the door or on the phone. I also help to ensure office supplies are topped up and adequate for our needs.
At Positive Wealth Creation, there is always something new to learn. That’s what I enjoy most about my role.
I am also a Director of Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival, the UK’s oldest carnival and one of the largest illuminated carnival processions in Europe. This year we had the honour of taking part in the Platinum Jubilee Procession, with our Jubilation Cart, see above.
